Native Hawaiian and Nonprofit American Indian Organization Child Care Grants. The purpose of this program announcement is to announce the availability of fiscal year 2001 Discretionary Funds, authorized under the Child Care and Development Block Grant, as amended, for child care grants to: a Native Hawaiian organization; and a private nonprofit organization established for the purpose of serving youth who are Indians or Native Hawaiians.
