Chart 3.2 - Effective Date Of Rate Structure Relative To Date Of Market Rate Survey

The pie chart shows the effective date of rate structure relative to date of market rate survey. Thirty-four percent of States reported that their reimbursement rate schedules were established within six months of the most recent survey; 18 percent, 6-12 months after the survey; 19 percent 12 months after the survey or later; and 32 percent reported that their rate schedule predates the dates of their market rate survey.
